Another great week is in the books at Chambers! It was especially wonderful to have all of our kindergarten students here together following their staggered start. They are learning our school and classroom routines at a remarkable pace, making new friends, and becoming more confident each day. They already look like true Chambers Bulldogs!

Throughout the building, students continue to impress us with the way they are settling into learning, practicing expectations, and caring for one another. Thank you for helping your child establish strong routines at home and for supporting such a positive beginning to the school year.

We look forward to welcoming families to Back to School Night this Wednesday! This is an important opportunity to meet your child’s teacher, learn about classroom routines and expectations, and better understand what your child’s learning experience will look like this year. Your involvement and partnership make a meaningful difference, so we hope every family will make plans to attend. We are excited to see you!

Our health room is in need of gently used clothing donations. We need t-shirts and pants in all sizes. Packs of new socks and underwear are also appreciated. If you have a donation, please drop it off in the office between 7:30-3:30.

Our Back to School Night is September 16th with three sessions. There are two separate in-person sessions (5:35-6:00pm and 6:05-6:30pm) to allow you to attend multiple classrooms if you have more than one student. There is also a virtual option (6:35-6:55). Rather than an open-house model, teachers have presentations for families. Please arrive just prior to the start time for each session.

We kindly ask that you not bring children if at all possible. Parents are the audience and we want to ensure that we have the space and environment to answer your questions. If you will be attending virtually, teachers will send that Google Meet link through ParentSquare.
