School Hours:
Regular Day: 8:15 - 2:35
Late Start Wednesday's: 9:15 - 2:35
*No Late Start Wednesday on 8/30/2023 or 10/25/2023

Breakfast is served at 7:45am.

Students dropped off prior to breakfast by parents will line up outside and enter the building beginning at 8:05.am. Announcements begin at 8:15am. If students are not in their seats by 8:15am, they will be marked tardy.

End-of Day Transportation Changes: You are encouraged to help us with a smooth end-of-the-day for your child. Please try to contact the office no later than 2:00pm so we can ensure correct end of day transportation. Contact the office by phone, 253-566-5650, or email to relay the information.

Student Absences/Tardies: Please contact the school office at 253-566-5650 to report if your child/children will absent or tardy. Family Access does have the capability for a parent to enter an absence but the most effective way is to call the front office.

For a planned absence of three days or longer, please fill out the form linked below and return it to the main office.

Birthday Celebrations at School: The Chambers Equity team spent considerable time last spring discussing birthday celebrations at school and the inequitable experiences they can unintentionally create among students. As a building we work together to protect our instructional time so students can have the best opportunity to receive instruction. We kindly ask that you do not send in any treats or gifts for your child’s birthday. We will continue to wish students Happy Birthday over morning announcements and invite them to the office to receive a special birthday pencil and eraser.
